Writing is a tool for me to work through, let go, and dig deep into the moments of my life. The page holds my thoughts. It never once judges and provides me the space to show up. Writing is my healing space that I turn to time and time again.
Come along with me on a writing adventure and learn how writing can become a tool for you as well. You do not need to consider yourself a "writer" to participate. If you can write a list you can use writing as a tool in your life.
Throughout the five week writing adventure we will explore:
* Week One ~ Easing into self love
* Week Two ~ The stories we tell ourselves
* Week Three ~ Rediscovering who we are
* Week Four ~ Using words to dream big and make things happen
* Week Five ~Bringing it all together. Integrating writing into our lives
Class Objective: Lean how to show up to the blank page and not be intimidated to tell the stories that we have tucked into our hearts. Discover the healing powers of writing by telling these stories, letting some of them go, and moving forward as our best selves.
Where: Online, self paced class. Lessons are delivered directly to your email box. You are able to go at your own pace, go back to pieces that really resonate with you, and use the lessons over and over again.
When: Starting Sunday, September 15th for five weeks
